Even if you don’t attend college, go to the Job Fairs that all the universities will be holding in April. That is where the Pharma reps will be interviewing. You can visit with them even if you are not a student. They might even surprise you by hiring you now..

You MUST have a college degree to get into pharmaceutical sales. They won’t even look at you if you don’t. I know several people are are pharm reps. The sales experience isn’t as important…some companies require it some don’t. It’s a hard field to get into. You generally need to know someone to get your foot in the door. That said, companies often like to hire people right out of college. And you can always do a little networking to meet a rep once you’ve got the qualifications for the job. And there are several good books available you can find online to help you land an interview and get through it. There’s one called the Insiders Guide by Jane Williams. It’s not too expensive.
